Also known as the original hot yoga, involves a set series of 26 postures and two breathing exercises practiced in a hot room. The heat enhances flexibility and promotes detoxification. This series derived from Patanjali’s original 84 postures is designed to work all systems of the body. Perfect for beginners as well as advanced practitioners.

Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa is a flowing style of yoga that links breath with movement. This class involves a sequence of poses coordinated with inhales and exhales, creating a smooth, continuous flow. Vinyasa classes can vary in intensity and style, incorporating sun salutations to build heat, strength and stamina. This dynamic practice is accessible to all levels, as modifications will be given throughout class. Room is heated.

Yin Yoga
Yin yoga is a slow-paced practice that focuses on holding passive stretches for an extended period, typically 3 to 5 minutes. It targets connective tissues and promotes flexibility, joint mobility, and relaxation. Yin yoga is often described as a meditative and grounding practice. The room is not heated. Suitable for all levels, Yin is a perfect complement to the dynamic and muscular styles of yoga practice.
